Discover the “berlingot” forming crimper

In close collaboration with one of its customer-partners in 2016, Immequip has developed and commissioned a forming crimper allowing to produce a co-extruded snack with a filling in the shape of a berlingot.

This equipment can be easily integrated on an existing co-extrusion line and allows to produce a highly innovative snack shape.

For the moment, the developed equipment allows to receive only one strand for a maximum flowrate of 80 kg/h, however further development shall allow to provide up to 4 strands on the same machine.
