New product: SKDX-G2016 salted snack coating station

Considering new quality standards and in order to perfectly control the manufacturing processes we have designed new coating equipment on the salted snacks production lines. We have developed the salted snacks coating station of the future!

It allows to save on raw materials and overcome the three major problems encountered by our industrial customers:

  • Process control
  • Finished product quality management
  • Increase in productivity due to:
    • reducing raw material losses,
    • reducing production change time.

Our new coating line is composed of:

  • The fines screen conveyor,
  • The belt scale,
  • The new generation G2015 skid SKDX6610,
  • The loss-in-weight salt feeder,
  • The supervision console.
